What a friendly, calm and happy place for food and drinks. There is something for everyone. The team are extremely friendly and welcoming, even to newbies here. The only hardship is trying to leave room for dessert. (If you get the chance to try the banoffee pie, it’s delicious and homemade, a real treat). I can’t wait to return. It’s also clean and family friendly.
The Clipper Restaurant is family friendly and also welcomes furry friends. We have a colouring corner for little ones and a doggy station covering everything needed for four-legged friends.

The Clipper Restaurant, Poole is located upstairs in the Dolphin Centre and has been an integral part of the town for over half a century.
Opened in May 1971 as The Royal Clipper, less than two years after what was then the Arndale Centre opened for the first time, hundreds of thousands of residents and visitors have eaten, drunk and socialised there over the decades.
